Adriana Calcanhoto"Maré" (Tide) is the 8th album released by Adriana Calcanhotto, being considered by her the second of a trilogy with the sea as a theme. This great record fluctuates between tradition and the modernity of Popular Brazilian Music (MPB).

For the concert, the band will consist of Alberto Continentino (bass and guitars); Bruno Medina (from Los Hermanos, keyboards); Domenico Lancellotti (drums, mpc, percussion, guitar and bass); and Marcelo Costa (drums and percussion). Adriana plays guitars, cello, and cuíca, which is a Brazilian percussion instrument that produces a grunting noise.

On Saturday (November 15th) the concert starts at 21h, and on Sunday (November 16th) starts at 19h. Prices range from R$40 (students and +60 years), to R$100. The easiest way to get to Palácio das Artes is by taxi.
