Bristol Saint Paul
Morvan Luiz
Morvan has a lot of experience in the hotel business. He has worked in four different hotels since 1988, assuming almost all possible positions: waiter, messenger, receptionist, receptionist manager and he is currently a general manager at Bristol Saint Paul.
He said he was invited to a test in Bristol Group in order to become a manager, and he accepted it because he likes challenges.
Morvan expresses well how a typical "mineiro" is and has served many celebrities and presidents because of his hospitable characteristics when he worked as a waiter.
One of his expectations when he stays in an hotel is a nice breakfast, so he cares about providing a very diversified breakfast to his guests and tries to get around to every table and receive feedback from customers. He thinks that it is important when clients voice their complaints because those are the guests who come back; the dangerous clients are those who don't complain at all.
He enjoys talking to the guests and does everything possible to give personalized service and to establish a cosy environment.
